Never. We take only one agency per area — guaranteed. The whole point of building you into the trusted property authority in your suburb falls apart if we're doing the same thing for your direct competitor. We don't like competition. We outwork it.

By "area" we mean a real, distinct market — not an arbitrarily large region.
